Retail as a base, we analyse the business needs and deliver solutions that improve the
competitiveness of our clients

I work in a Wipro vertical that provides solutions for retailers with Oracle Retail ERP. Using Oracle
Retail as a base, we analyse the business needs and deliver solutions that improve the
competitiveness of our clients. We also do service delivery to maintain the solutions and perform
continuous improvement plans for them.
I enjoy the company culture. The environment is friendly, productive, and creative. I started to
work onsite at a major retailer, providing solutions for Price Management. Due to the business
knowledge and technical skills that I have, the client requested that I help with other areas of their
business including store solutions.
Most of my training has been in Jira and Agile. Equally, Wipro has given me the opportunity to do
other courses and certifications with Oracle Cloud. I enjoy working in retail. It is amazing to
understand how a store works and to have the opportunity to offer my thoughts and improve the

“There are lots of challenging projects but a lot of opportunities to learn from.
I have been working at Wipro for over a year, having joined the business in February 2023.
Since February, I have been given the opportunity to work on a huge transformation project
for a major retailer in Europe, acting as a Project Manager for the Integration workstream.

Since February, I have been given the opportunity to work on a huge transformation project
for a major retailer in Europe, acting as a Project Manager for the Integration workstream.
Furthermore, I have now been given another opportunity for the same client but in another
role, working as a Demand Manager for the client’s Integration Center of Excellence team.
There are plenty of opportunities to travel to the client site and be with the teams from
different countries. I like to manage teams and enjoy being able to review and improve
existing processes within a project.
There is plenty of focus on training and certifications and a strong emphasis on well-being
with sessions available for all employees on a regular basis.”
