I joined the company as a Vendor Risk Manager for ServiceNow. We constantly have opportunities to discover newer challenges by ourselves through the Wipro platform. We are not limited to one specific role. We can experience and decide to focus on the career pathway we enjoy.

Wipro has WiLearn, which is affiliated to many other learning platforms. The company encourages you to earn certifications each year for your personal development. Training sessions are available and introduce you to actual useful training (e.g., Microsoft Azure) courses.

I enjoy my Analyst role as it enables me to continually learn about evolving threats and develop strategies to safeguard digital assets, ensuring the integrity and security of information systems.

I started as a Bid Manager but in August 2023, I was promoted to a Presales Consultant.

My role as Presales Consultant involves overseeing the end-to-end bid process; from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. I am responsible for formulating effective strategies during the bidding process, managing the bid team that crafts the client solution and ensuring that the customer solution is compliant.

I always keep in mind the customer pain points because that is the key to providing them with a personalized solution. I also ensure that we coordinate the whole response with our executives’ input, who always give us a fresh view and guidance.

I love my job because I enjoy providing the best service to our customers. This way, I help spread Wipro’s name across France and Southern Europe. I also like working with my colleagues, and the atmosphere at work is warm and friendly. On a more personal level, I am passionate about spiritual development, reading at least one book a month on the subject. I also write e-books on self-care and on spiritual development.”
